Lake District Day Trip: GDC x Kairen Coaching
๐จ ALL GENDERS WELCOME ๐จ
Expect incredible Lake District scenery, a rewarding hike and plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors with the Summit Seekrs community.
๐ฅพ The Hike
๐ Route: Raven Crag & Great How
๐ Distance: 9.2km
โฑ๏ธ Estimated hiking time: 5โ6 hours
๐ฅช Lunch: 45 minutes at approximately the midway point (4.5km)
๐ฅ Hike start: 11:30am
Weโll begin with a group warm-up and stretch before setting off.
We hike as a group and will adapt our pace where reasonably possible to accommodate different abilities. Additional rest breaks will be taken intermittently throughout the hike depending on the groupโs pace, abilities, terrain and needs, so these do not have fixed durations.
Our main 45-minute lunch break will take place around the midway point, giving everyone time to properly rest, refuel and enjoy the surroundings.

We operate a zero-tolerance approach to behaviour that knowingly compromises the safety of yourself, other attendees or the Summit Seekrs team.
